  • We remember you to pay, to one of us, the city tax of 6Euro per person per day only cash
  • The room must be vacated no later than 10.30 am on the day of departure (a late checkout may be agreed upon in advance with the staff)

  • The daily cleaning of the room will begin from 10 am to 1 pm. After this time it will be postponed to the following day. 

  • Free linen change every 2 days, extra change of Euro 10.00 per couple to be paid at reception at the times indicated

  • Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces, otherwise a penalty of Euro 50.00 will be applied, equal to the minimum daily price per room, for sanitization of the room.

  • The staff is not responsible for any damage/theft caused to guests within the structure

  • In case of loss of keys, a penalty of Euro 25.00 is required (safe, main door and room lock).
